Delivery & Collection Policy

Postal Service

For small orders of up to 15litres we offer a superb 3 day service direct from the U.K. to anywhere in France for only €10

Delivery of orders over 15litres

Have the paint delivered to your address, direct from the U.K.

Separate quote will be supplied, cost will be dependant on volume

Minimum Order Quantity 10litres

The minimum order level is 10litres of any mix of paint.

Collection points throughout France

Collection points are available in the following Departments:

09, 22, 56(4), 16, 19, 82, 11, 34, 13

When we receive your order, your credit card will be debited at time of your order. You will receive an email acknowledgement to enable you to keep track of the transaction. If for any reason a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of when it should arrive. Your paint will be available for you to pick up at your designated collection point within 12 working days of receipt of order.

*For orders that require delivery from collection points please allow for an extra three working days on top of our 12 working day cycle. See our delivery chart and charges. All items are subject to availability. Deliveries will be made by our special delivery services and subject to our delivery charge criteria.

**10lt and 15lt tubs are only available from selected collection points. Please contact us to check availability.

Delivery from collection points will be an additional charge, see below:

Distance: 0-20km Cost: €18
Distance: 20km- 40km Cost: €35
Distance: 40-60km Cost: €50
Distance: 60 -80 km Cost: €68
Distance: Over 80km Cost: Separate quote
